If your BFPO address is outside the EU then we can ship your goods free of VAT. To remove the VAT charge from your order, simply enter the following comments in box during checkout: "PLEASE REMOVE VAT AS SHIPPING OUTSIDE EU". If it is not obvious from the delivery address that the destination is outside the EU then we will require a copy of a VAT Exemption form (form will be emailed upon request) signed by your Commanding Officer.

International Shipping Rates

We deliver Worldwide including most European countries, USA, Australia and to the rest of the world. An average delivery time of around 5-8 business days to Europe and around 10-15 business days to the rest of the world. If you are unable to find a delivery rate to your Country or Zone, then why not contact us for a quote.

Please note: All orders shipped outside the European Union (EU) will automatically be exempt from United Kingdom / EU taxes and VAT, however, you may incur local duties, taxes, brokerage and clearing fees. The delivery-recipient will be responsible for all local taxes and duties for clearing. For more information please check with your local authority for goods clearing.

Our delivery charges stated below have been discounted to offer you the best value when shopping with us. Although there is a maximum allowance of 30 kilos per order. When the total weight of your order goes over a reasonable cost, we shall contact you to either pay the difference in shipping cost, or, you may reduce the size of your order.

Some larger orders may require two separate shipments, such as an Electric Trolley ordered along with a Golf Bag. Our system currently does not factor in shipment size (volume) and therefore, prior to shipping the products, we will contact you to inform you of any additional shipping charges, although this is normally rare and only during instances of exceptionally high shipping costs. You will reserve the right to amend the order to make it fit into smaller shipping batches, or cancel the order.

Shipping Couriers & Tracking Parcel

GolfOnline uses the national postal service (Royal Mail) and a range of third party couriers like Interlink, DHL, DPD, Parcelforce etc to deliver products to your home or work address.

Once your order is despatched from our end, the designated couriers carry your parcel for delivery to your address. The respective couriers generate unique Tracking reference number for each parcel they collect from us, these tracking references are then emailed to you by our system. These reference numbers then can be used to track your parcel. Here are the links to the courier websites where you can track your parcel.

Important Shipping Information

Here are the quick points most customers need to know

Most orders are delivered to your door on weekdays between 8:30am to 6:00pm. In some cases the time can be more specific, such as a morning delivery, afternoon delivery, or delivery before a certain time.
Most items require a signature upon delivery.
We do not dispatch orders on weekends and bank holidays.
We carry nearly all of the items in-stock as advertised on-line. However in an event when an item is not in stock, we advise customers if there would be any delay in meeting the delivery deadline. In most cases, this can add 5 to 10 days to your dispatch date. If the delay is longer than this, we will advise you so you can either choose to wait longer or you can cancel if the order is no longer convenient for you.
The delivery times stated here are generally accurate, but can vary by postcode and location.
Goods in transit are the responsibility of the courier, however you can track the delivery online through each courier's website. We normally send the tracking number upon dispatch by email or you may also find in your account against the respective order.

Please note that delivery times stated are accurate, but not guaranteed. We will get in touch if an item in your order is out of stock.

In the rare event when a certain item in your order has ran out of stock, (such as two customers ordering the last item at once), and we are unable to dispatch your goods to you, we shall contact you via e-mail/telephone to advise you of the situation. You will of course have the option to select a different product, choose to wait whilst we re-order from the manufacturer, or cancel your order if it is not convenient for you.
