At GolfOnline, we understand that golfers aren’t the easiest people to buy gifts for, and often speak in golf terms that make it hard to know exactly what they want. As such, you may want to give the gift of choice, in the form of gift vouchers, which can be used to buy any item on our site (except for more gift vouchers). Gift vouchers can be purchased and redeemed by anyone that has a customer account with us.
I would like to buy a gift voucher for myself, or to send one as a gift.
Everyone that has a registered account with GolfOnline also has a Gift Voucher Account. Just go to the Gift Voucher section of GolfOnline when you are logged in, purchase the Gift Voucher like any other item, and once the purchase is complete, your gift voucher account will be credited with the amount you have chosen, which you can then redeem whenever you like.
If you would like to send a Gift Voucher on to someone, you can do that very easily inside our system. Simply visit the 'Send a Gift Voucher' section of your account, and specify the name, email and voucher amount you wish to send, along with a personal message if you wish. The amount you send will be deducted from your Gift Voucher Account, and you can send any amount as long as you have the funds inside your Gift Voucher Account. The voucher will be delivered to the recipient immediately via email and can be redeemed at anytime.
I am new to GolfOnline and would like to redeem a gift voucher.
If you receive a Gift Voucher by email it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Voucher, along with possibly a short message from them. The email will also contain the Gift Voucher Number. It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference. You can now redeem the Gift Voucher in two ways.
By clicking on the link contained within the email, which will take you to the store's Redeem Voucher page. You will the be requested to create a new GolfOnline account, after which the Gift Voucher will be validated and the value will be credited to your Gift Voucher Account. You can then spend the Gift Voucher whenever you want.
During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method there will be a box to enter a Redeem Code. Enter the code here, and click the redeem button. The code will be validated and added to your Gift Voucher account. You can then use the amount to purchase any item from our store
