GolfOnline has been online since 2000, originally with 3 golf stores around North-West London and Basildon. By being part of the first e-commerce revolution, we learned quickly that the same retail rules of in depth knowledge and great customer service still apply. Since then, we have changed premises three times thanks to amazing customer loyalty and a lot of passionate work from our staff. Today, we have a team of over 20 colleagues working at our London headquarters and warehouse depot, plus an additional 15 staff in our pro-stores.

All our customer contact team play golf, ranging from former brand representatives, to current PGA coaches. We allow all of our staff an opportunity to test product samples, ensuring as much first hand knowledge as possible for our customers to query.

Our Stores and Staff

With most bricks and mortar businesses going online, you may wonder why we opened a physical shop?  Well the truth is, even though our core business is online, we love face to face contact with our customers, and talking golf with people that are passionate about the sport. Our stores allow us to review products with our customers, discuss their needs in detail, and just generally have a coffee to talk about the latest tour performances. We expanded for a 3rd time in ten years, and our new head office space came with a massive showroom, formerly used by BMW, which is now our flagship store, GolfInStore.

Today, our store is a hub for London's golfing community who love to try out all the latest in Golf hardware and clothing. We also have two other GolfInStore locations at Bristol's Stockwood Vale Golf Course and Oxford's Hadden Hill Golf Course, where you can browse, or collect orders that have been made online with us.

We ship directly from our on-site warehouse, spanning over 30,000 square feet and stocking 10,000 different items.

And finally, we care deeply about bringing customers as close to the product as possible before the purchase. We use a mix of manufacturer videos, as well as our own internally produced pro-videos, to ensure you get the best look at the product before you spend a penny.
